Pop-Up Pilates

Mat Pilates Classes

£12 per class

Physiotherapist-Led Pop-Up mat Pilates classes. Everyone is welcome - progressions and regressions of exercises throughout.

  • Maximum 12 people per class

  • Block book 6 classes = £65 (instead of £72!) - NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR TUESDAY BLOCK.

  • Just bring along a mat & a towel

Private 1:1 Pilates Class

Personalised Sessions

£45 per session

Personalised Pilates 1:1 sessions. Tailored around your goals with first hand coaching and goal setting.

  • Free initial 30 minute consultation

  • Weekly check ins

  • 45 minute Pilates session at your home or in an agreed location

  • Please bring:

    • A Pilates/yoga mat

    • A small head cushion/support (this could be a towel which you can roll up!)

    • Water bottle

    • Any extra equipment e.g weights, resistance bands you wish to use (optional)

    • Your lovely self!

  • 1. Cattle Market Car Park

    Pay-and-display surface car park located directly in front of The Hive, a short walk from Arch 27.

    Larger council car park just across the road from Cattle Market and a short walk to Arch 27.

    It often has cheaper longer-stay rates and space for taller vehicles (long-stay recommended).

  • Wear something you’re comfortable in!

    Form-fitting clothing such as leggings, sports tops, cycling shorts are best! Try to avoid overly baggy clothes, zips/buttons that can dig into you when lying down.

    Barefoot or socks - your choice, you do not need grip socks unless that is your preference.

    The main thing is that you’re comfortable!

  • As this is a physiotherapist-led class it is the perfect place to start! With only 12 people in the class it means individualised adaptations and corrections can be given so you know you are moving correctly. General progressions and regressions are also given so you can do a level that suits you on the day!

  • If you have a pre-existing injury, please ensure this is declared on the intake health assessment form when booking the class. This will be screened prior to the class so the instructor is aware and can adapt exercises accordingly. If you have a new injury but feel you could still complete the class then please inform the instructor prior to the class.
